Who do we serve?

At-Risk:  We have a group of approximately 225 children under the age of twelve that are often classified as at-risk.  These children are from low-income families.  Each day is a constant struggle.  They usually cannot afford food or other necessities.  School expenses are often impossible to pay.  Their lives are often limited to their home or perhaps a few activities at the Resident Activity Center.  Our goal with this group is to provide a monthly activity that is in a safe, drug-free environment.  We hope to teach morals, values, and exposure to the positive aspects of living a productive life.

Why have we chosen these children?

We believe that as volunteers, we can make a positive impact on the lives of children who have not been connected with churches, sports, clubs, or any other positive influence.
